Olivia’s brother is a fresh pastry concept shop in Holargos which is inspired by the family’s love for good and modern sweets. This exact love and passion of people of all ages was our inspiration with Olivia and Alexandros being the two heroes of our story.

With emblem two small children teasing each other, as the girl hides the sweet from the boy, Olivia’s brother calls invites you to experience and enjoy unique recipes, sweet & salty like unrestrained children in a sweet shop.

The countless hours she has spent in her kitchen may once have been lonely, but now Evita has two adorable assistants, her son Alexandros and her daughter Olivia. Together, they experiment, test and innovate, while Evita creates new recipes. Their love for quality sweets is definitely a family affair.

There are so many recipes and options on Olivia’s brother menu that you will need to visit us many times before you exhaust them. In our store you will find cakes with special flavors, such as Red Velvet, Carrot Cake and of course the New York Style Cheesecake, all made by Evita, who, having tasted sweets in many parts of the world, presents her own disarming versions.

The exuberant cookies find their home at Olivia’s brother who offers them juicy and puffy in different variations, with chocolate or dry fruits. Freshly baked rolls could not be missing from the list of our sweet and salty suggestions as well as our famous banana bread with or without lemon chia.

The salty goodies of Olivia’s brother have been edited by the distinguished executive chef Yiannis Liokas who presents a range of hearty and refined dishes selections starring the exquisite brunch. Eggs are offered in all their variations, such as poached, scrambled and even breaded, while from the menu there is no shortage of very tasty energy bowls full of nutritional value. There also the vegan options such as the omelet with tofu, the Asian buddha bowl and the vegan BLT.

Olivia’s Brother guests have at their disposal an irresistible variety of sandwiches with first class ingredients and inventive combinations that bring together pastrami with caramelized onion, prosciutto with the béchamel with black truffle and many more.

We also offer a selection of freshly brewed coffees and a selection of tea flavours. Our menu is completed by rich smoothies, fresh juices along with fluffy pancakes, the crispy French toast from a bun and the imposing serving of our waffle with peanut butter, banana, walnuts and sauce made out of  chocolate with tahini.
